What are some favorite parts of your job?

The atmosphere and environment is good and allows me the freedom I need to do my job effectively. 

What are some of the more challenging parts of your job?

Keeping up with workload, managing the changing of priorities on projects while managing the different crews and personnel, as well as navigating through the regulatory process.  

Describe your typical work day.

I get in and make sure the work orders are lined up for all of the field crews.  Once they come in I let them know their assignments for the day and send them out.  I spend the remainder of the day doing the office work side of surveying while fielding calls from field crews, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
