If you’re willing to put in the effort and prove to be a valuable member of our team, you will be rewarded. We’re looking for eager new engineers to turn into industry experts.

Requirements

  • Expected graduation date of December 2020 or sooner (with a BSCE)

  • Ability to work at least 14 hours per week on average (we’ll work with you on scheduling)

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus, but not required (we have some of the best CAD teachers in the region)

  • A strong desire for growth and knowledge

 

Staff Engineer Opportunities


If you’re a couple of years into your career and looking for a change, we’d love to talk to you. We understand that the two to three-year mark is a common transition period for many young engineers as they are still working out exactly what they want to focus on as their career develops. We have engineers with experience in several aspects of civil engineering. We’d be happy to discuss our career growth opportunities with you.
