Our History

 

  • CEC began as a corporation in 1974 with two employees, Bill Brown and Harry Walsh.

  • By 1981, CEC expanded to 10 employees and completed construction on its new facilities at 3608 Fernandina Road, where the company expanded further and developed a long list of repeat clients.

  • In 2015, after long and successful careers, Bill and Harry both retired, transferring ownership of the company to 3 employees: Bill Flowers, Josh Rabon, and Clay Walsh.

  • By 2017, CEC had outgrown its space at 3608, and relocated to 3740-A Fernandina Road.

  • CEC currently employs 38 people, with 4 registered engineers and 2 licensed surveyors.
