Chapin Middle School, Broad River Road, & Portrait Hill

Most of the projects that we do require a significant amount of planning, whether it is the phasing of single-family residential developments or coordinating road widening projects to meet future traffic needs. This project consisted of the design of Chapin Middle School, the Portrait Hill residential development, and the associated widening of Broad River Road. In addition, CEC facilitated the construction of a 24-inch water main along Broad River Road.
